Ingredients

  • 16 to 20 oz. Nesco cooked shrimp
  • 4 oz. olive oil
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 29 oz. tomato puree
  • 1 lb. diced onion
  • 1 lb. diced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 5 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat tomato puree, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano in a large pot.
  2. Once simmering, add diced onion and green pepper.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add cooked shrimp to the pot.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until shrimp are thoroughly heated.
  6. Serve over pasta or rice.
