Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
  • 2 small jars artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • fettucine noodles

Instructions

  1. Mix the shrimp, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and mayonnaise together.
  2. Bake the mixture at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve the baked shrimp mixture over cooked fettucine noodles with a tossed salad on the side.
