Creamy, cheesy, and comforting, Rink-Tum-Ditty combines velvety cheese, sautéed onion, and tomato soup for a versatile dip or spread perfect for gatherings or casual snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can tomato soup (use only 90%)

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until soft.
  2. Slice Velveeta cheese and add it to the tomato soup.
  3. Mix the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer the mixture.
  5. Add 1 beaten egg to the mixture.
  6. Stir quickly and frequently to combine.
  7. Serve hot over crackers or let cool to use as a spread.
