Ingredients

  • 1 large can Veg-All or substitute veggies
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • several pats of butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crunch one roll of Ritz crackers and cover the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and spread on top of the crackers.
  3. Crunch a second roll of Ritz crackers and use it for topping.
  4. Place small amounts of butter on top if desired.
  5. Bake at 325° until cheese melts, approximately 25 minutes.
