Ingredients

  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, sugar, and nuts.
  2. In a larger bowl, beat egg whites stiff, then add light brown sugar and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
  3. Add the cracker mixture to the egg white mixture and stir gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  6. Top with Dream Whip before serving.
