Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant pudding (chocolate, lemon, or butterscotch)
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, melted oleo, and nuts and press into a large square pan.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F and let cool.
  3. Prepare pudding according to package instructions using 3 cups of milk.
  4. Once cooled, spread cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Top with prepared pudding layers.
  6. Fold Cool Whip with powdered sugar and spread over the pudding layer.
  7. Chill before serving.
