Ingredients

  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 4 qt. chicken broth
  • 2 c. corn

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and well-beaten egg in a bowl.
  2. Mix together with your fingers until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the rivvel mixture into the simmering chicken broth.
  4. Add the corn to the broth and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until the rivvels are cooked through.
