Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) ATHENOS Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut diagonally into thin slices
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 3 pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 8 thin green pepper strips
  • 21 RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus into 8-inch circle on large plate.
  2. Arrange carrots around outer edge to resemble a lion's mane.
  3. Add cucumbers for the ears.
  4. Remove pimentos from olives; place olives in hummus for the eyes and nose.
  5. Add pimentos for the eyebrows and mouth and peppers for the whiskers.
  6. Serve with crackers.
