Ingredients

  • 1 small roast
  • 1 tsp. coffee
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place peeled potatoes, carrots, and celery sticks at the bottom of the crock-pot.
  2. Add the small roast on top of the vegetables.
  3. Pour two cups of water over the roast and vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of coffee over the roast.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
