  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. ground sage
  • 2 tsp. marjoram, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, salt, sage, marjoram, celery seed, dry mustard, and pepper; rub mixture all over the pork loin roast.
  2. Cover the seasoned roast and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat oven to 325°F. Roast, uncovered, for 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hours until a meat thermometer registers 170°F.
