Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 jars baby food
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Add eggs, baby food jars, oil, and mix well until smooth.
  4. Stir in walnuts until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
