Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
  • 5 cans chili beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Manwich
  • 1 jar chunky salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck and chopped onion in a large skillet or pot.
  2. Drain excess fat and rinse the meat and onion mixture if needed.
  3. In a large pot, combine the browned meat, onion, taco seasoning, green chilies, chili beans, diced tomatoes, Manwich, and chunky salsa.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot.
