Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef (deer is good)
  • 2 c water
  • 1 c vinegar
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 small can chili powder
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a crock-pot.
  2. Cook all day or night on low.
  3. Shred beef apart with forks.
  4. Heat corn or flour tortillas in microwave or in dry skillet.
  5. Spoon meat mixture into tortillas and roll.
