Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 large chicken thighs
  • 6 to 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in a kettle and cover with water.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the chicken is tender.
  4. Remove chicken from broth and debone.
  5. Cut the chicken into large pieces.
  6. Add 3 tablespoons of butter if needed.
