Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 small pkg. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 to 1 can ripe olives
  • 1 jar pimento

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and onion in oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Add tomato juice, if needed, during cooking.
