Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 large can ripe olives, sliced
  • 4 c. uncooked noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onion, green pepper, and celery together in a small amount of butter.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until slightly browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender, then drain.
  4. Combine cooked vegetables, beef, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and sliced olives in a baking dish.
  5. Mix in cooked noodles and bake until heated through.
