Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Roquefort cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cream the Roquefort and cream cheeses together.
  2. Add minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, and brandy to the cheese mixture.
  3. Mix well and chill the mixture for 1 hour.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into balls and roll in chopped pecans.
  5. Freeze the cheese balls before serving.
