Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. grated Roquefort cheese
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together: salt, celery seed, paprika, dry mustard, and minced onion.
  2. Blend the dry mixture with a little of the vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Stir in the remaining oil, alternating with lemon juice, until well combined.
  4. When ready to serve, add grated Roquefort cheese and mix thoroughly.
