Nut Horns, or Rozky, are flaky, buttery pastries filled with nuts, perfect for festive occasions or as sweet treats with a dusting of powdered sugar. Suitable for all ages.

Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Work butter into the flour mixture with your fingers until well incorporated.
- Crumble yeast into lukewarm milk and let it sit until bubbly.
- Add egg yolks to the yeast mixture and stir.
- Combine the yeast mixture and egg yolks with the flour mixture, working into a firm dough.
- Wrap the dough and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Spread filling over the rolled dough, then roll up into a log and shape into a crescent.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
