Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 small package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes until well combined.
  2. Spray a bundt pan well with cooking spray, optionally sprinkling the bottom with chopped pecans.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. While baking, prepare the rum glaze as desired.
