Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes until well combined.
- Spray a bundt pan well with cooking spray, optionally sprinkling the bottom with chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While baking, prepare the rum glaze as desired.
