Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 lb. cubed potatoes
  • 1 lb. cabbage, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Put water and beef bouillon cubes in a 4-quart pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add cubed potatoes, chopped cabbage, chopped onion, and canned tomatoes to the pan.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
