Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. jam
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 1 rounded tsp. soda
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Divide into 3 cake pans (greased and floured).
  3. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Good with Caramel Frosting.
