Ingredients

  • 2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. toasted almonds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. seasoned croutons

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, diced onion, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Combine the stewed chicken, celery, toasted almonds, and the mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and seasoned croutons.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
