Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • water
  • seasoning

Instructions

  1. Make sure chicken breasts are clean.
  2. In a microwave-safe casserole dish, add 2 cups of rice and cover with approximately 2 cups water.
  3. Place chicken breasts over the rice.
  4. Spread tomato soup over the chicken.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Cover and microwave on High for approximately 25 minutes.
