Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Ensure all cheese is at room temperature.
  2. Grate the sharp Cheddar cheese and the mild Cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the grated Cheddar, softened cream cheese, Blue cheese, and horseradish to a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well with your hands or a large mixer until thoroughly combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a large ball.
  6. Place the cheese ball on wax paper or a clean surface.
  7. Spread finely chopped pecans over the cheese ball, rolling it until well coated.
  8. Use your thumb to make a dent in the top of the cheese ball.
  9. Place a red cherry in the dent as a decorative garnish.
