Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 package light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs lightly; add light brown sugar.
  2. Beat until combined, do not overmix.
  3. Add Bisquick mix along with chopped pecans and shredded coconut.
  4. Mix just until all ingredients are combined; do not use a mixer.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 40 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
