Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, oatmeal, beaten eggs, and onion soup mix together and form into patties.
  2. Brown the patties in a skillet and drain excess grease.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup to the skillet and simmer the patties for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  4. Serve the patties over rice or noodles.
