Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk mustard and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil and continue to blend until emulsified.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and whisk until the mixture is creamy.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Can be made ahead and stored.
