Ingredients

  • 12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into small squares
  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the crescent dough into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and eggs.
  4. Pick apart the salami slices into small pieces and stir them into the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cheese and salami mixture evenly over the crescent dough in the pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
