Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, horseradish, grated onion, Tabasco, cayenne pepper, and milk (if needed) until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture on 4 slices of salami.
  3. Stack these slices.
  4. Top with an unspread slice of salami.
  5. Repeat the stacking process to create two stacks of 5 slices each.
  6. Wrap each stack in wax paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from refrigerator and cut each stack into 6 wedges.
  9. Top each wedge with a pickled onion and secure with a toothpick.
