- Cook macaroni until done by forking.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Put cooked macaroni in a bowl.
- Add diced onions and lots of diced sweet pickles to the macaroni.
- Drain kidney beans and rinse with cold water.
- Mix kidney beans into the macaroni mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well to combine all ingredients.
