Delicious salmon appetizers with creamy, flavorful filling wrapped in tortillas, perfect for parties or entertaining guests with a tasty, easy-to-make finger food.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp. mild salsa

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and remove any bones.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the salmon, softened cream cheese, salsa, and parsley.
  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the salmon mixture over each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Slice each tortilla into bite-sized pieces.
