Ingredients

  • 3 small cans salmon
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup crushed saltines

Instructions

  1. In a glass casserole, mix together all ingredients except margarine and crushed saltines.
  2. Sprinkle crushed saltines on top of the mixture.
  3. Dot the top with margarine.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour until set and golden.
