Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon filets
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add butter and olive oil.
  2. Once butter and oil are heated, add salmon.
  3. Saute for 8 minutes, turning salmon over every 2 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, capers, white wine, and heavy cream to the pan.
  5. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for 4 minutes.
  6. Add parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.
