Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 2 drops red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Whip all ingredients together and form into a log shape. Chill for 24 hours or freeze for 1 hour.
  2. Roll the chilled log in chopped parsley and chopped nuts.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers.
