Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can salmon or smoked salmon
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Drain and flake the salmon, discarding bones and skin.
  2. Combine the flaked salmon with lemon juice, grated onion, horseradish, salt, cream cheese, and liquid smoke seasoning.
  3. Mix well until smooth and chill for several hours before serving.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and chopped walnuts before serving if desired.
