Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 raw egg
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the crabmeat, cream of mushroom soup, diced hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, sherry, melted butter, and raw egg in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  3. Combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
