Ingredients

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans macaroni in cheese sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed, broken into chunks
  • 2 slices bread in crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp American cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, and salt.
  2. Turn the mixture into a greased 10-inch oven-safe skillet or a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until set in the center.
