Ingredients

  • 1 small can salmon or tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mince the fish and remove any bones.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced fish with beaten eggs, lemon juice, bread crumbs, salt, milk, and onions if desired.
  3. Mix all ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8 or 9-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through.
