Ingredients

  • 1 lb. canned salmon
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cold mashed potatoes
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions

  2. Add salmon and beaten egg to the mixture.
