Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. oleo
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 2 cans onion rings

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Add flour, salt, and pepper; blend well.
  3. Gradually add milk while stirring.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Add drained tuna, green beans, parsley flakes, mustard, and horseradish; mix well.
  6. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  8. Add onion rings on top during the last 5 minutes of baking, if desired.
