Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, drained (2 c.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onions
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Drain and flake the salmon, removing skin and bones.
  2. Combine the salmon with cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onions, horseradish, and salt; mix thoroughly.
  3. Chill the mixture until firm, then shape into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the mixture of chopped pecans and parsley to coat.
