Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat and stir the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, catsup, prepared mustard, horseradish, and lemon juice.
  3. Continue heating and stirring until well combined.
  4. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
  5. Serve the sauce over grilled salmon.
