Instructions
- Drain the can of salmon.
- Remove dark skin and bones from the salmon.
- Combine salmon, cream cheese, grated onion, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Chill the mixture covered for at least 2 hours.
- Shape the chilled mixture into 1 or 2 balls.
- Roll the salmon balls in chopped almonds and parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
