Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 oz. can salmon
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of salmon.
  2. Remove dark skin and bones from the salmon.
  3. Combine salmon, cream cheese, grated onion, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  4. Chill the mixture covered for at least 2 hours.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into 1 or 2 balls.
  6. Roll the salmon balls in chopped almonds and parsley.
  7. Serve with crackers.
