Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid.
  2. Break apart the salmon into a bowl and add the beaten egg and flour, mixing well.
  3. Add the baking powder to the reserved liquid and beat until foamy.
  4. Pour the foamy baking powder mixture into the salmon mixture and stir until blended.
  5. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
