Ingredients

  • 1 package of 4 Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
  • 32 oz jar salsa
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a frying pan and drain.
  2. Cut biscuits in half.
  3. Mix the biscuit halves and salsa in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
