  • 4 1/2 c. onions
  • 2 1/2 c. green peppers
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cloves garlic
  • large bunch parsley
  • 5 to 6 hot peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
