Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 5 c. water
  • 1 lb. bag walnut halves or pieces
  • 2 c. shelled walnuts
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine crumbled crackers or bread crumbs, herbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add seasonings and mix well to blend.
  4. Melt butter.
  5. Dip chicken wings in melted butter.
  6. Then, coat chicken wings with the crumb mixture.
  7. Arrange chicken wings in a lightly oiled ovenproof baking dish.
  8. Bake chicken wings at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and done.
  9. Ensure chicken wings are tender before serving.
