Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. gummy fish
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. 10x sugar
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream together the margarine, cream cheese, and 10x sugar until smooth and well combined.
  2. Set aside the creamy mixture for later use.
  3. Prepare the vanilla pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk according to package instructions.
  4. Layer vanilla sandwich cookies in a serving dish to form the base.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  6. Add a layer of vanilla pudding over the cream layer.
  7. Repeat the layers as desired, ending with a cookie layer on top.
  8. Decorate the top with gummy fish to resemble 'sand' and 'sea creatures'.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
