Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb beef cubed steak
  • 1 (7.5 oz) can semi-condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. In a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown the beef cubed steak on both sides, searing in juices.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, plain low-fat yogurt, and dry white wine to create the sauce.
  3. Add the drained sliced mushrooms to the skillet with the browned steak.
  4. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the steak and mushrooms.
  5. Simmer gently until the steak is cooked through and the sauce is heated, about 10-15 minutes.
